At Saloodo! We are looking for a Scrum Master (f/m/d) to inspire and guide our Scrum teams in enhancing agile practices. As our Scrum Master, you will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement in agile methodologies, facilitating effective team dynamics, and ensuring clear communication across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
  • Champion the adoption and refinement of our agile methodologies
  • You will actively promote and share knowledge about principles and best practices.
  • Manage and support our Scrum teams, ensuring high performance and removing impediments.
  • Enhance team communication and resolve conflicts to maintain a productive working environment.
  • You commit yourself to coach and empower involved parties.
Your profile
  • You have 3+ years of professional experience as a Scrum-Master
  • PSM I certification preferred; additional certifications in agile methodologies are advantageous.
  • You are characterized by an agile mindset.
  • You are experienced in requirements management.
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills in English.
