Saloodo! sucht einen Praktikanten/Studenten Digital Logistics Operations (w/m/d), der unser Operations-Team mit 20-40 Stunden pro Woche unterstützt. Beim Transport geht es um Effizienz, Geschwindigkeit und Engagement. Steigen Sie ein und lassen Sie uns gemeinsam die zukünftige Welt der Logistik gestalten!

Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt das gesamte Saloodo! Operations Team
Du trägst proaktiv zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Prozesse bei
Du überwachst die Leistung unserer Kunden
Du übernimmst Verantwortung für deine eigenen Projekte

Dein Profil

Du bist an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben und hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Transport/Logistik/Verkauf oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
Strukturiertes, gewissenhaftes und selbständiges Arbeiten in einem digitalen und wachstumsstarken Umfeld klingt für dich nach einer tollen Herausforderung
Du bist kommunikationsstark, kundenorientiert und hast ein freundliches Auftreten
Du freust dich auf den telefonischen Kontakt mit unseren Kunden, auch wenn es um schwierige Themen geht
Du bist verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
Du verfügst über fortgeschrittene Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse

Saloodo! is looking for an Intern/Student Digital Logistics Operations (f/m/d) to support our Operations Team with 20-40 per week. Transport is all about efficiency, speed, and commitment. Get in and let's shape the future world of logistics together!

Responsibilities

You will support the whole Saloodo! Operations Team
You proactively contribute to the further development and optimisation of our processes
You will monitor the performance of our customers
You will take the ownership for your own projects

Your profile

You are enrolled in a university program and ideally have first experiences in the field of transport/logistics/sales or a similar field
Structured, conscientious, and independent work in a digital and fast-growing environment sounds like a great challenge to you
You are a strong communicator, customer-oriented, and have a friendly attitude
You look forward to telephone contact with our customers, even when it comes to difficult topics
You are business fluent in German and English
You have advanced Microsoft Office skills
